Step 1: Write down everything you need to get done for the week on Sunday. I do a brain dump of everything no matter how small it is.
Step 2: Then prioritize these things from most important to least! Let’s be real we want to do everything but there’s only so much time in the day.
Step 3: Schedule the first 3 things in your planner for Monday.
Step 4: Plan, shop, and prep most meals for the week on Sunday.
Step 5: Sunday self care day. Pamper and relax in preparation of the week.
